***GiRlS nIgHt!***

Yesterday, the girls and I all went out for sushi. Some laughs, and yes, some cries too! I was the one who cried! Not sure if it was because I was laughing so hard, or if it was just plain gross, either way, I had tears streaming. Great night for sure. I love you all! Here are all of the pictures. Enjoy... Don't miss the close up on Trulee on the 3rd picture down... the picture keeps making me smile!

Webcam!!

Earlier this week, Tycen and I got our first webcam date! Today, Tessalee got to see daddy on the webcam too! She loved it! She was full of smiles and "hi daddy." Oh, and of course, Colton had to get in on the fun too! Tessa has done very well with daddy being gone! We just can't wait to have him back home.

Fort Jackson, South Carolina!!

Just got home from my trip last night! I went down to Fort Jackson, SC to see Tycen graduate from Basic Training. Oh, I wouldn't have missed it for the world! I am so proud of him. I got in Wednesday, and went out with a bunch of girls that I had been talking to for 11 weeks on Facebook. It was good to meet them! Thursday, Family Day, was awesome!!! The soldiers came running out from smoke that they set off. Everyone was so happy to see their soldiers. I was the first one to get my husband, no joke! We spent the day together with his friends, eating, and seeing the sites on base. It was fun to see where he has been for the last few months! The next day rolled around, graduation day, you would not believe how much of a cry baby I am. I am just too proud, and he has done so well. We got to go off post to eat some lunch, and of course, we watched Dear John together. Later that night, I had to let him go back. Way too early Saturday morning, I got to the airport to find out that my flights were canceled because of all of the snow, so I stayed over night in the airport until Sunday morning when I got to fly to Detroit, for guess what? Yes, a 10 hour layover until I left to come home. So, today, I am finally home, and Tycen is in Virginia. He may be home sometime in July, we are hoping. I was just glad that I could make it to graduation!

Just another day...

This time next week I will be in South Carolina waiting to see my man! Anyways, heard from Tycen, he passed his final physical test with flying colors! We all knew that he would though, if any of you have seen that man run! I passed my Chemistry and Anatomy test too! Looks like we are rolling in smiles. Tomorrow, Tycen will be doing a ceremony for the transition of a trainee to a soldier. Can you believe it? Time just flew by. I remember about this time last year, Tycen decided that this was what he had wanted to do, and he did it. Thanks to anyone who helped us get here! After graduation starts another countdown! Joy Joy!
